We went to their showroom where Melissa guided us through picking out every detail. Brian and Melissa were able to provide us with a very clear representation of what they could make happen using their computer software. When the time came for the remodel, Jason and Jerry did a great job of listening to our feedback and working with us to get things just right. They left the work area very clean at the end of every day. Fred was there each day to check up on the progress of the job. At the end of the day we couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again!

We were looking to convert an old bathtub into a shower and received estimates from three different companies for the work. As we compared the estimates, one estimate was almost double the price, one was somewhat closer, but Legacy gave us by far the best overall price. They also allowed us to customize our choices for faucets, shower heads, tile inlays, etc., in their showroom that were not available to us on the other two estimates. Our shower was completed yesterday and we absolutely could not be happier with the results! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the superb quality of the materials to an exceptional installation. Legacy scheduled us once the materials were in and came prepared to work. Austin, our installer, was a perfectionist and it shows in his work ethic. He kept us informed on the progress and consulted with us on the small choices necessary to finish the job. Fred's expertise helped during the job and he too contributed to an outstanding results. The final product is absolutely amazing and if we could give them 6 stars, we would!! We would definitely do this again, and Legacy would be our top choice for the work.

I had been wanting to get work done in my basement for years. I came across Brian and Mel with Legacy Custom Kitchens and Baths and he said they can do just about anything. A few days later Brian was out to check out the basement for free and let me know what needed done. Two days later I got an email with all the details you could ever want. Material cost breakdowns, labor costs, it was all very transparent with absolutely no pressure or salesmanship, which I personally really appreciate. I was very happy with how quickly I was able to get the work done after we agreed to do it as well. Very short wait time, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. Showed up on the dot of the time we agreed to. We settled the bill which was exactly the price originally quoted. No extra charges or fees or unexpected costs. I had even commented as the work was almost done that now I just need to figure out how I'm going to move the thing I wanted more space for with the pole moved. Brian looked at his guys and said well we got 4 guys here, we can move it. Volunteered, no extra charge or anything. It only took a minute but it's a testament to the value and care they give to making sure the customer is happy with the work. I would highly recommend reaching out to this company for any potential renovating in your homes. Don't let the bath and kitchen in the name scare you off or make you question if they're capable. They are.

My parents had their older, cramped shower replaced with a roll-in, fully-tiled option and everything turned out wonderfully.

The Legacy crew replaced the flooring with full tiles, repainted, replaced the toilet, and worked with my parents on smaller "spruce ups" in areas where they didn't want to spend more money on larger projects.

We had a great experience working with both Brian and Melissa and the entire team. After many years of my wife and I discussing getting our bathroom updated (from a standard tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower), we decided to see what Legacy could do for us. We walked in and Melissa immediately made us feel comfortable and, not only asked us questions about what we were looking for, but showed us the materials we could use and offered her own suggestions!

The installation went very smoothly and they did a great job of making sure that we were satisfied with everything. We're very happy with the finished product!
